Maiwa is Looking For Clothing Prep at Vancouver, BC Full Time

We are a small business in Vancouver est. in 1986 with a diverse staff of 30 people. We have a shop on Granville Island and an online shop. We work along side artisan makers in India and show their work through a thoughtful clothing and bedding line as well as artisan goods. We are also purveyors and educators of natural dyes.

Clothing Prep Positition

The duties will include, though not be limited to…

• Steaming & pressing clothing
• Washing and hanging clothing
• Tagging clothing
• Loading and unloading shipments
• Counting inventory – garments & products received
• General cleaning

Qualities required:

• Detail oriented
• Task oriented
• Should have good communicating skills and enjoys being apart of a team
• Flexible schedule
• Enthusiastic and motivated to work hard

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

Salary: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
