About The Position
Celtic Property Management is seeking a hands-on, fast-paced Maintenance Supervisor to take ownership at The Reserve at Thunderbird. This is a working leader role where you will jump in, lead a 3-person maintenance team, and drive results. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, holds high standards, and knows how to get units turned and work orders completed on time, every time.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or Lead
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
- Strong background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance
- EPA Certification required
- Must own your own tools and be ready to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Team player who leads by example—not from an office
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a 3-person maintenance team
- Oversee and complete unit turns within tight timelines
- Ensure work orders are completed efficiently and correctly
- Maintain property systems: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances
- Delegate, train, and hold your team accountable daily
- Maintain curb appeal, safety standards, and overall property performance
- Track work orders, inventory, and maintenance operations
- Respond to on-call emergencies when needed
