Mainland Speech Language Pathology Inc. is a travelling therapy team that is looking for an office manager and bookkeeper.

This individual would be responsible for:

managing all financial records and bank accounts
organize and maintain filing systems for financial records
process invoices and credit cards
process invoice mayment from customers
manage payroll records
review payroll calculations and organize T4 for contractors
correspond with clients and billing agencies using exceptional interpersonal skills
monthly bookkeeping
perform other finance and accounting duties or projects as requested
manage intake forms, scheduling and new client profiles and paperwork

Qualifications:

Proficiency with computer applications including microsoft office, google drive, Jane App, Quickbooks

Opportunity to increase to a more full time position with extended health benefits.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 15 per week

Salary: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
