Job Summary

We are looking for a Brand Manager to help us grow our reputation in the market along with our clients and appeal to a larger audience. Brand Manager responsibilities include analyzing consumer insights, crafting plans for our marketing team, and developing guidelines to promote our company and clients across various channels. To be successful in this role, you should have extensive experience with brand management. Ultimately, you will ensure our brand message and tone are consistent across all online channels.

In the Brand Manager role, you will spearhead consumer insight research and your findings on key trends. You will create compelling stories that share the brand’s ideals, aspirations, and features to entice consumers to purchase products. Success in this position will be demonstrated by your ability to communicate the brand’s story, which will result in increased sales and customer growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Gather feedback from sales and analyze consumer behavior to define the company’s positioning
• Craft our differentiation strategy
• Create guidelines that define the company’s online voice (including terminology and slogans)
• Brief our marketing team about projects they’ll be working on
• Conduct competitive research to identify our strengths and weaknesses
• Design promotional campaigns for new products and markets
• Help develop social media strategy
• Assess the performance of advertising campaigns
• Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities and challenges
• Measures KPIs that are relevant to marketing and sales efforts
• Ensures that branding is consistent throughout all online media channels
• Conducts market and competitive research to determine brand positioning, as well as competitor strengths and weaknesses
• Analyzes market trends to stay up-to-date with current developments
• Leads idea generation and brainstorming sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or related field
• 3+ years experience in brand strategy and management
• 5+ years of digital marketing experience
• Strong research skills
