MaidClean Hiring for Recruiter Job at Newport Pagnell, England Full Time

Maid2Clean is one of the largest and most successful domestic cleaning agencies in the area. We are looking for local interviewers to cover Bedford, Newport Pagnell and Olney – MK7 – MK46.

This is a part time position and will suit somebody looking for a few hours work around their family commitments. Previous experience is not required, only the ability to call our applicants, make an appointment, visit them at their homes and collect proof of ID and proof of address. A friendly and outgoing personality is a must.

How does it work?

Once we have received two references from our applicants, their details will be passed to you using our online recruitment system. You will call the applicant within 24 hours and make an appointment to visit them at their homes for interview. Once there, take photographs of their ID and proof of address. Read through our cleaner handbook guide – key points and introduce our cleaner portal APP. You will also complete our short interview question sheet. The meeting should take no longer than 30 minutes and the whole procedure one hour. Training will be given.

Requirements:

You must own and drive a car, have the use of an iPad or laptop, printer and have a good understanding of the internet.

Payment:

£12.00 per interview (one hour).
