We work directly with winemakers and growers from around the world to produce organically grown and beautifully balanced single-origin wines. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wine Sales Representative to join our team at Mai Vino. As a Wine Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our wines to both on-premise and off-premise accounts. Your primary objective will be to achieve sales targets, foster strong customer relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of Mai Vino.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Proactively identify and engage potential retail the unique range of Mai Vino wines to prospective buyers, including restaurants, bars, hotels, and retailers.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, consistently tracking sales activities and prioritizing opportunities.
• Organize tastings with current customer base.
• Proactively manage sales and re-orders.

Relationship & Order Management:

• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with existing customers to maximize customer retention and loyalty.
• Regularly communicate with customers to check on stock, merchandising needs, and marketing support.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Experience in wine sales or knowledge of wines.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently while managing time effectively in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Strong business acumen with a keen understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $41,468.00 – $51,975.00 per year
