Mahina Hiring for Sales Associate Full Time

Mahina opened its first location on Maui in 2006, we now have 15 locations island wide plus an online store!

We are looking for a part time sales associate for our Poipu location. Our perfect candidate is friendly, efficient, reliable and has a heart for service and an eye for fashion.

• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Preferred experience
• Available at least one weekend shift and holidays

Job Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet customers and respond to questions in a hospitable and efficient manner
• Remain knowledgeable about merchandise, sales, promotions and store policy
• Provide styling recommendations based on customer’s stated preferences, needs and desires
• Operate the POS and perform related tasks, including cash handling, credit card processing and opening and closing of the register
• Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
• Handle refunds, returns and exchanges with a focus on timeliness and customer service

Job type: Part-time

• Hourly rate, plus a monthly monetary bonus when goals are reached
