Full Job Description
We need an upbeat and reliable Customer Experience Associate to help us ensure our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services. You will field calls, emails, online chats with our customers to answer questions and resolve any issues they may have, or redirect them to a manager who can better address their needs. Responsibilities also include processing returns and exchanges when necessary. Your primary goal is to provide customers with a smooth transaction and a positive experience.
Customer Experience Associate Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer questions or discuss concerns with customers on the phone, via email, or through online chats
- Determine the best way to address customer needs
- Thoroughly explain how our products and services benefit the customer
- Process returns and exchanges
- Forward larger issues to management
- Keep accurate records of each customer interaction
Customer Experience Associate Requirements and Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED certificate
- At least one year of customer service experience
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Flexible schedule
