Magritek Inc Hiring for Accounting Assistant Job at Malvern, PA Full Time

We are looking for an Accounting Assistant to perform daily accounting tasks that will support our financial team and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Responsibilities

• Process Sales Orders, negotiate terms and conditions (T&Cs) with customer’s purchasing departments.

• Generate PO Acceptances and Internal purchase orders
• Generate and submit sales invoices
• Maintain accounts payables and receivables, ensure timely processing of payments and collection of receivables
• Process employees’ T&L expenses and ensure compliance with company T&L policy
• Maintain Profit & Loss accounts. Monitor revenue actuals and projections, operating costs and profits, and report to management
• Interface with our professional services partners to ensure sales and income taxes are processed in a timely manner. Perform required procedures/tasks – other than tax filings – to be compliant with Local and Federal regulations.
• Liaise with Company global finance team throughout the year, support closing and auditing activities as required

Skills

• Work experience as an Accounting Assistant
• Demonstrated high-level of proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks or similar accounting software

• Familiarity with sales and income corporate taxes filing process (no tax preparation)
• Strong administrative and organizational skills
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• A minimum of 5years work experience in similar role

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
