Magnum is looking for an employment matchmaker! We need your special skillset to match great people with our great jobs. In this role, you will work with managers and various leaders to discover their needs and find the ideal candidate to fit those needs. You will also work with the candidates to provide them with quality support the Magnum Way.

• Meet with hiring managers to discuss their hiring needs and provide them market awareness of the ability to meet them
• Find both active and passive job seekers through a variety of sources including, but not limited to: job boards, career fairs, resume search boards, social media, networking, etc.
• Interview applicants to determine if their skill set matches our requirements
• Work with hiring managers on the preferred interview system
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with job seekers for future openings
• Attend conferences, job fairs and other recruiting-related events
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management in a professional and efficient manner

Education/Experience:

• 2+ years recruiting experience preferred
• Basic HR knowledge a plus
• Able to meet deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and customer skills
• Ability to exhibit professional conduct when acting as a representative of Magnum Companies to all partners, employees and potential candidates
• Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with peers, management, and support resources, with a constant commitment to teamwork and exemplary customer service
• Able to travel to terminals and for meetings, career fair, and other events
