Magnolia International Hiring for Talent Acquisition Specialist Job at London, England Full Time

As Magnolia’s future Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be driving our unique candidate experience. You will attract talent from all over the world and build personal, long-term relationships with them so we can deliver on the ever-growing demands of our striving business. In close collaboration with your HR colleagues and hiring managers, you will facilitate employer branding and recruiting from A-Z by owning all related touchpoints and tools. Last but not least, this role is key to maintaining our unique culture by spreading the word and having people join that fit best.
What you will do

• Drive our employer branding initiatives using various channels and consistent messaging
• Advise our hiring managers to identify the responsibilities of the role
• Create and post appealing job ads & monitor them
• Do active sourcing, especially when it comes to technically demanding roles
• Screen applications and reach out to as well as coordinate interviews with candidates
• Nurture the later onboarding by providing relevant input and collaborating with the hiring manager

What you bring

• Excellent English skills (native or equivalent)
• A global mindset with lots of cultural sensitivity; you perceive rather than judge.
• An authentic and self-reflecting personality, outgoing and not being afraid to show vulnerability
• Experience in working virtually within a team
• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition in a Software or IT environment
• University degree in psychology, marketing or communications or equivalent is a plus
