Job Summary

The Software Engineer will assist in the development, testing & maintenance of Magnolia’s systems and applications to enable our organization to drive efficiencies and unlock actionable insights from our unique datasets. To be successful in this position you consider yourself an innovator, creator, and problem solver. You have software development experience and are not afraid to embrace new technology or work with new tools to solve problems.

Essential Job Duties

• Design, develop, and implement solutions in the cloud
• Assist in automating manual processes using RPA tools
• Build out integrations between our proprietary applications and third-party applications to enable new functionality
• Assist with Agile ceremonies and utilize SDLC tools like Jira and GitHub

Education and Experience

• A degree in Computer Science is required
• 2+ years of professional experience in full-stack software development
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Software and database development experience required
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is constantly evolving
• Self-starter who is motivated to succeed, has high energy, and demonstrated ability to think creatively when solving problems
