Magnacharge Battery Company Hiring for Customer Service at Thunder Bay, ON Full Time

Our customer service responsibilities include:

Customer service representatives interact with customers on behalf of Magnacharge Battery. They provide information about products and services, take orders, respond to customer concerns, and process transactions

Process orders for walk in traffic as well as orders for local and out of town deliveries

Co-ordinate orders for timely and cost-efficient shipping

Process financial transactions according to credit procedures

Answer telephones and process/distribute incoming facsimiles

Assist in the warehouse with building orders for local and out of town shipments

Assist in the warehouse putting inventory away, stacking, and packaging scrap batteries
