Key Responsibilities Located in Kechnec plant and reports to General Manager and dotted Line to Director Global Quality Responsible for the creation and the coordination of the whole Quality Program in the plant. Manages, motivates and develops subordinated team. Supervise all the Quality Office activities: insurance and quality assessment. Representing the customer: gives his agreement and controls any product leaving the plant. Represent Magna in front of the customers and responsible for any quality matter as regards any product manufactured in the plant. Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes Responsible for the information and up-dating relating to the quality, safety, and environment leaflet (IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, Customer Specific Requirements). Responsibility for the quality of any material entering the plant (controls and tries to improve the quality of the suppliers’ products, controls that products entering the plant respect Magna quality standards.) Promoting the manufacturing control by the Quality Office (physical and chemical analysis in a laboratory: laboratory to measure the manufactured parts: machines abilities…). Key Qualifications/Requirements Academic Graduate plus approx. 5 to 8 years’ experience in Quality area, 3+ years within leadership role Manufacturing engineering and production experiences in Automotive Electronic Business. In – depth knowledge of quality and standards, quality tools and methods to solve problems (8D, 6-Sigma, FMEA, DOE…), statistics & SPC, quality methods: TIP, FPDS, AQPQ, DCP. Very good communication skills. Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills. English – active, written and spoken form. Additional Information
