Job Profile

This person is accountable for ensuring raw material is decanted from bins to totes to meet production schedule. Key Responsibilities

Remove old labels from empty returnable containers.

Decant material from large bins or boxes into totes as per production schedule.

Ensure production reporting as per production reporting process

Weigh each tote for accurate quantity

Verify tote quantity matches tote label.

Verify label presence on all totes

Verify master label quantity matches

Perform other duties as required Key Qualifications/Requirements

No educational requirement.

Less than 1 year of work-related experience.

Familiar with keyboard and computers.

Minimum of one year manufacturing experience preferred. Performance Measures

Customer satisfaction (internal/external)

Maintains appropriate 5 S standards at all times.

Submits suggestions to the Employee Involvement Program to ensure on-going continuous improvement initiatives.

Upholds Magna Production System (MPS)

principles of standardization and one-piece flow.
