This position administers job changes within the MFLC program in coordination with the MFLC PMO, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Payroll functions. The primary responsibility is the movement of staff in an out of job classifications as their assignments change throughout the year and explaining the impacts on pay, benefits, and employment status to the employee and supervision as needed. Attention to detail is paramount in this role. The successful candidate will track all business processes for stranded transactions, run and review data audit reports to ensure integrity of data, completes required data entry or maintenance as needed, monitors HR integration error reports and makes data corrections as needed. Will also work daily with the Magellan Federal HRBC’s to address missing data to ensure process flows for benefit programs. The HRBC duties involve researching inquiries from employees and supervisors concerning compensation, position management, payroll, and benefits administration.
Provides functional support to the human resources (HR) department by responding to employee questions and inquiries. Prepares appropriate documentation and processes necessary paperwork.
