Van Houten & Associates, Inc. (https : / / www.vanhouteninc.com) We are looking for an Office Assistant who can follow written instructions, excel in public speaking, and is enthusiastic about handling various administrative tasks.
In this role, you will play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our office, including filing, answering phones, scanning mail, and performing general office duties.
Additionally, you will be responsible for setting up and tearing down financial workshops, ensuring our clients have an exceptional experience.
Compensation Range : $21.00-23.00 hr.
