The HR of the Future will work across brands, geographies and cultures to support one global Maersk. Next to the Centres of Expertise (CoE) and the strategic HR Business Partners, the People Partnering Organisation is the largest part of the new HR organisation and the closest to our people. To enable our future HR service delivery model, we are establishing three People Partnering Hubs covering geographical regions: Bangalore, India, covering Asia Pacific; Lisbon, Portugal, covering Europe & Africa; and San José, Costa Rica, covering the Americas.

Key responsibilities
In the Immediate phase as we prepare to go-live, your Key responsibility will be to Support the Talent Acquisition Specialists with Project activities such as Testing, Documentation review etc and when we go-live in Q1 2022, below will be your responsibilities :
· Ensure great candidate experience through providing logistical and administrative support to the recruitment process across functions and geographies
· Support Recruitment Specialists and the Attraction Specialist in recruitment activities where relevant
· Manage interviewing/ assessments calendar and coordinate between candidate, HR and hiring manager
· Initiate background check and pre-boarding due diligence activities
· Create and store hiring documentation and update data of the new employee in relevant systems (e.g. Workday and ServiceNow HR)
· Liaise with third party providers as relevant and other functions outside of HR
· Manage the recruitment platform
· Supports TAA Specialist and People Partner to support employee/ manager queries in creating job requisitions
· Support for employer branding activities such as career fairs, social media campaigns etc
We are looking for
You are very passionate about delivering exceptional candidate experience as well as Hiring Manager experience. In addition, you are an outgoing, positive, and service-minded person with positive energy who desires to make a difference consistently.
As for the skillset and experience, we are looking for:
· Relevant Experience in similar role in HR ideally
· Great Prioritisation skills
· Work Experience in large international organizations and familiar with a complex stakeholder matrix
· Ability to build strong relationships quickly, and leverage those relationships to drive results
· Strong communication, problem-solving skills and attention to details.
· A proactive, ‘let’s get it done’ attitude geared towards continuous improvement
· Flexibility and adaptability to operate in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership and setting directions with minimal guidance
· Collaborative working style, fostering cooperation and teamwork to find solutions
· Structured working style and focus on delivering results as per agreed timelines and scope
· Fluency in English is a must
