Role Purpose/Summary:
Our Technology Strategy rests on the belief that technology is fundamentally changing our industry. It is a critical enabler of our Maersk integrator vision and it therefore paramount that we build world-class technology capabilities.
As our Early Talent Programs Recruiting Lead you will work closely with the Global COE on the design and delivery of early talent programs, specifically for the Technology sector. We see young talent as an important pipeline to complement our experienced technologists and this critical role will be accountable for the development and deployment of our early talent offering ensuring the program aligns to the business talent agenda.
You will need to thrive in a rapidly changing environment and develop creative strategies to attract and hire the best talent into the organization. We are looking for someone who will partner closely with the senior business leaders to define their early talent strategies and future talent requirements. This role will see you provide consultancy and subject matter expertise on talent attraction, development, and retention – associate experience, career pathways, technical and soft skills training, development planning, assessment and review together with mentoring and coaching.
