Job Brief:

Madi Lane Bridal is seeking a skilled IT/IS individual that can serve as our IT Operations Administrator. The person who best fits this position should have experience managing multiple facets of Microsoft administration, user management, General IT support, as well as creating Power BI s. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, loves to be challenged, is passionate about their work, and who exemplifies ownership and teamwork. This can be a hybrid position after the first 90 days.

Responsibilities:

The IT Operations Administrator will act as a subject matter expert for the company, across all its tools. Some tasks might look like:

• User Management across Microsoft Admin365 and Azure Active Directory
• Power BI ing, as well as API connections to our many systems
• Training and supporting staff on PowerBI usage and troubleshooting
• Setup of Corporate Sharepoint environment
• Training staff on use of SharePoint/Teams/OneDrive
• Training/supporting staff on utilizing Microsoft products, and suggesting best practices
• Manage hardware deployment to new and existing employees
• Manage the configuration and maintenance of computer operating systems, including software releases, patches, and system upgrades
• Other Corporate trainings and tips as needed
• Resolve and respond to help requests efficiently and in a timely manner
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• AS degree in Computer Science or related degree required. BS or MS preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail
• Self-motivated and driven
• Strong analytical skills
• Outside of the box solutions focused
• Ability to work with multiple teams to coordinate and achieve objectives

Preferred:

• 2+ years’ experience or high proficiency in Microsoft Power BI preferred.
• 2+ Experience managing the Microsoft environment through Admin365 preferred.
• 2+ years’ experience or high proficiency with Visual Studio
• UI/UX experience
• Knowledge of Dynamics Business Central

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $75,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
