Digital Marketing Specialist – Paid media 

We are seeking a dynamic, insightful, and accomplished technical marketer with particular expertise in paid for all social media and Google platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and executing effective paid media campaigns for our clients and our own brand.

As well as having a deep understanding of marketing principles, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record of driving measurable results, you’ll be the ultimate team player; smart, humble and hungry for the success of our agency.

Your responsibilities will span our clients and our own brand:

• Develop and implement a social media content strategy aligned with our overall content strategy and brand messaging.
• Create and publish engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement and conversions.
• Create, manage, and drive paid social strategies and campaigns on various social channels for our clients, particularly across Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Develop captivating content for these campaigns, including copywriting, design and video editing.
• Manage ongoing optimisation for campaign structuring based on objectives set for each account.
• Ensure all campaigns are timely and achieve targeted KPIs based on set budgets.
• Prepare and analyse s to provide business insights and new recommendations for further business growth.
• Manage the Business Suite accounts across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google and TikTok, ensuring all pages are set up correctly and running smoothly.
• Build on our current processes to manage and scale our agency’s growth.
• Collaborate closely with our account management team to deliver briefs that can manage those projects from inception to completion.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and implement innovative and exciting solutions.

Qualifications + experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (min. 3 years) in digital marketing, specifically in social + paid media management. Agency experience preferred.
• Video production for short form essential
• Strong creative development skills – proficient in Adobe Suite + Canva
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet marketing objectives through effective campaign management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in utilising digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project and content management systems.
• Confident in the backend of Wordpress (Elementor) + technical marketing skills 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Experience designing and implementing SEO strategies viewed favourably.
• Creative mindset and the ability to think strategically and innovatively.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
