As our Digital + Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be a dynamic, insightful, and accomplished marketer with particular expertise in social media management and content marketing.

You will play a key role in developing and executing effective digital + social media marketing strategies, creating compelling social content, and nurturing strong client relationships.

Your Responsibilities will span our clients and our brand:

• Develop and seamlessly execute social media strategies for our clients and own brand
• Create and publish engaging organic content that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement and conversions.
• Create, manage, and drive paid social strategies and campaigns on various social channels for our clients, particularly across Google, Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Develop captivating content for these campaigns including copywriting, design and video editing.
• Manage ongoing optimisation for campaign structuring based on objectives set for each account.
• Ensure all campaigns are timely and achieve targeted KPIs based on set budgets.
• Prepare monthly analytics s to provide business insights and new recommendations for further business growth.
• Manage the Business Suite accounts across platforms including Meta, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Google and TikTok, ensuring all pages are set up correctly and running smoothly.
• Build on our current processes to manage and scale our agency’s growth.
• Collaborate closely with our management team to deliver briefs with the ability to manage those projects from inception to completion.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and implement innovative and exciting solutions.

Qualifications + experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience (min. 3 years) in digital marketing, specifically in social + paid media management. Agency experience preferred.
• Creative content production for short form video (TikTok & Reels) essential – please provide examples in your application.
• Strong conceptual + technical creative skills – proficient in Canva + Adobe Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content and build rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in utilising digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project and content management systems. 
• Demonstrated ability to drive results and meet marketing objectives through effective campaign management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• A creative mindset and the ability to think strategically and innovatively are important.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
