Office Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic, friendly, and outgoing part-time office assistant.

At Mad Science, we show kids how truly amazing Science is by presenting unique and hands-on science programs to kids in After School programs, workshops, birthday parties, camps, and special events.

We need you to help organize our universe, communicate with our customers and support our sales and operations team.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

• Booking birthday parties and providing customer service
• Proofreading booking and tracking documents for accuracy (events and workshops)
• Working closely with our summer camp coordinator and helping in registration for camps.
• Answering the phone and confidently answering questions or passing calls to appropriate staff.
• Confident in manipulating all documents in Google Drive After training.
• As needed work as a substitute instructor.
• Other miscellaneous work.
• Attention to detail.

Pay Scale : $ 17 / hr

Monday to Friday -30 hours / week
