This is a 2-year program to kick start your career as a Cloud Engineer. Through our formal training program you’ll learn everything there is about cyber, hosting and cloud computing, equipping you with multiple career paths in cyber, networking, computing, cloud computing, or software development through DevOps and automation.

As a Tier 1 Engineer working in our Hosting Management Centre (HMC), you will work on technical diagnostics and restoration of cyber and Hosting services, either resolving on the first call or escalating where necessary, but always keeping customers informed and up to date.

You will be responsible for proactive monitoring of our highly sophisticated Intellicentre facilities and Macquarie’s managed customer infrastructure on a day to day basis.

• You are the person family and friends call upon to set up a home network or fix anything technology related at home
• You studied a STEM-related degree and loved the Cyber & Networking subjects
• You are obsessed with providing great customer service
• You love problem-solving and are always up for a challenge
• You are an Australian citizen, eligible to obtain a Government security clearance
