Join us as a Business Analyst in the Liquidity aligned Projects & Change team within Macquarie’s Financial Management Group. Use your business knowledge and analytical experience to assist an established project team with the delivery of a significant & high-profile regulatory transformation project.
What impact will you have?
You will be joining the Liquidity Future State Design project team and work closely with Liquidity teams & stakeholders, Macquarie’s business divisions and the Risk Management Group. The project’s key deliverable is the implementation of a strategic design for liquidity reporting for both external regulatory reporting and internal management reporting. The project has with both short- and long-term milestones, as well as scope to expand significantly into further multi-year phases. An ability to hit the ground running, quickly build relationships, and understand new concepts will therefore be essential.
In this role, you will work closely with subject matter experts to understand and document, business and data requirements for products and calculation, control frameworks and value chains. You may also be involved in the creation of new data domains. You will act as a liaison between business and delivery teams and provide and be able to articulate and assist with the understanding of requirements. In addition, you will provide support and guidance to the project team during the delivery process, which may include participating in testing.
What skills will you use?
You will bring with you 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst or Technical Business Analyst, with prior experience in producing data requirements related to Liquidity or Regulatory Reporting. To be successful, you will bring with you:
