In this fixed term contract role you will prepares training materials and onboarding procedures, coordinates new hire orientations, and schedules other programs that provide newly recruited talent the chance to learn the culture at our organization.
Your ability to build stong relationships will be utilized as you collaborate with other HR professionals and internal resources to determine what new employees need to prepare for their new job and how best to support them as they transition from their previous organization into Macquarie. Additionally you will provides occasional Talent Relationship Management support for Macquarie support functions.
Briring your organizational skills will be used as amongst other duties you manage new hire orientation sessions: Welcome, Discover Success, conducts train-the-trainer sessions as needed, manages new hire breakfast networking event (quarterly cadence) and supporting the Organizational Effectiveness and Development Manager, creates policies and handbooks that detail Macquarie policies.

Salary
Salary range for this position: $X60,000 – $100,00 /Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
