MacMillan, Scholz & Marks, P.C., a mid-sized downtown Portland law firm specializing in insurance defense and subrogation seeks full-time experienced bookkeeper. Primary duties: general ledger, trust account deposits and disbursements, bank account reconciliation, client billing (using multiple insurers’ on-line billing platforms), accounts payable, prepare statistical reports for attorneys, report to outside CPA. Must be proficient with QuickBooks and CLIO or comparable bookkeeping and legal case management software. Salary range $55,000-$85,000 DOE. Excellent benefits.
