Mackinnon Bruce are currently supporting a global and growing Biotechnology company that have over 30 years experience manufacturing biomedical equipment, consumables and services.

This company now sit as one of the market leaders in fields such as Next Generation Sequencing, Epigenetics and Microbiomes and are looking to strengthen the Marketing team with an experienced Digital Marketing Executive.

This is an on-site position based in the greater Irvine, CA area and will initially be a 3-6 month, full-time contract with a view to become a permanent member of the marketing team following the initial contract.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate interested in Digital Marketing or Graphic Design who is looking for a new challenge within a supportive company.

Key Responsibilities

• Use a creative approach to design and create appealing marketing content for the company’s full range of products and services, whilst adhering to the company brand guidelines
• Work closely with the wider Marketing team and cross-functionally with all business units to develop strategic campaigns for existing and new products
• Use your experience in Digital Marketing & Graphic design to review, develop and implement marketing strategies across all outlets including websites, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
• Stay updated with market shifts and design trends and use this knowledge to promote the product’s key features
• Work closely with team members to develop new ideas and share creative ideas to benefit the company brand and the user experience
• Use different techniques and platforms to enhance the marketing campaigns and develop new marketing strategies

Education and Experience :

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience with custom experience and marketing graphics and design.
• Experience in a Life Science field is essential
• Strong portfolio of digital graphic design projects.
• Expert in Creative Cloud versions of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Outstanding oral and written communication, and presentation skills including the ability to clearly convey complex ideas and concepts.
• The ability to complete projects as both part of a team and as an individual
• Strong execution capability in a complex, rapidly evolving business.
