Mackin Hiring for HR Benefits Analyst at London Full Time

This role is a 12 month position with scope for extension.

We’re looking for a seasoned expert in the domains of HR knowledge strategy, creation, implementation and management. This role focuses on assessing how information is assessed, collected and disseminated across HR teams through a defined knowledge management framework in alignment with the organization’s knowledge & content governance model. They serve as a consultant focused on the international benefits space to help teams document their knowledge, create new content, update existing content, and maintain content integrity across internal systems.

Responsibilities:

• Assess, develop, refresh and implement our global knowledge management strategy and processes, specifically with regard to the international benefits knowledge area
• Define processes for creating, capturing, organizing, accessing and using knowledge across the organization while meeting requirements for specific regions and functions
• Build, maintain and scale processes and knowledge resources that capture unmet support and/or documentation needs, translating and surfacing insights into recommendations
• Assist with prioritizing organizational goals, strategies and key initiatives as related to knowledge management
• Consult with teammates and cross-functional partners to communicate change management strategies around knowledge management
• Partner with with data & analytics teams to identify and track success metrics related to knowledge and enablement by utilizing data to identify development areas and improvements
