About the role

The Corporate Services program manages all financial, legal, compliance, insurance, property, payroll, vehicle fleet and information technology services for the organization.

The Information Technology Team maintains a sophisticated network of computing equipment and user protocols.

There is a high level of diversity amongst the Information Technology team which is needed to meet the variety of needs and user experience. Information Technology Team are also responsible for the smooth operations of all office equipment as well as maintaining our Internet and Intranet based services.

This is a Permanent Full-time opportunity based in South Melbourne, VIC within our Corporate Services / Information Technology Team. The position s to the Service Delivery Lead.

Key Selection Criteria:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A bachelor’s degree in information systems and/or equivalent work experience or IT professional certification
• A minimum of two years of IT experience
• Extensive knowledge in Microsoft Platforms, especially Exchange Online, Active Directory, Endpoint, Teams, Defender, etc.
• Ability to participate collaboratively and constructively within teams of peers, staff and other stakeholders, as well as demonstrate initiative and effective personal judgement when working alone.
