About the role:
This position is situated within the MacKillop Institute. The Institute is an external facing division of MacKillop. The Institute is responsible for sharing knowledge and expertise to enhance the capacity of service systems and organisations working in the areas of health, education and community services.
The Administration Officer will provide administration support to the MacKillop Institute, including some executive assistant support to the Director of the MacKillop Institute.

Primary objectives:
To provide high quality and efficient administration support to the MacKillop Institute, including some executive assistant support to the Director.
This is Part-time Fixed (22.8 hours per week – 0.6 EFT until 29/2/24) opportunity based in Melbourne, VIC within our The MacKillop Institute Program. The position s to the National Program Director.
