MACHINO DONUTS is Looking For Quickbooks Bookkeeper – (Freelance/Remote work) at Remote Full Time

We are looking for a freelance bookkeeper for our shop once a month. The person who can work remotely but he or she needs to live close to Toronto, On, Canada.

The Quickbooks Bookkeeper will manage the day-to-day workload. Ideally, we are seeking an individual who holds themselves to the highest ethical standards, has a strong desire for personal growth and professional success, are driven and has no problem rolling up their sleeves to achieve success. The candidate has to be well versed in QuickBooks On-Line.

MUST HAVE AN EXPERIENCE OF AN ACCOUNTING FIRM OVER 1 YEAR.

Bookkeeper Duties & Responsibilities 5

• General accounts receivable and accounts payable functions
• Payroll and government remittances
• Update, verify and maintain accounting journals and ledgers and other financial records
• Monitor customer accounts for non-payment and delayed payment
• Assist with employee expense s
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Liaise with other departments, customers and vendors
• Find and use accounting data to resolve accounting problems and discrepancies
• Propose journal entries to Controller with supporting documentation

Job Types: Part-time, Casual, Freelance
Part-time hours: 5 per week

Salary: From $20.00 per hour
