Machinio Hiring for Onboarding Coordinator – English & Italian at Remote Full Time

The Position

The Project Associate/Onboarding Coordinator position in the Machinio System team is critical to the growth of the product and its client base. If you are fluent in English & Italian, and are extremely detail and design-oriented, are impeccable with grammar/visuals, are able to learn systems and functionalities FAST, are able to keep up with deadlines, are obsessed with process and improvements, and are an excellent communicator, this role is a great opportunity for you. It offers long-term opportunities within an early-stage team.

Responsibilities:

• Being the point contact for clients during their onboarding process.
• Building websites with our simple design tool, conducting data migration, training clients on how to use the product, and conducting a smooth handoff from onboarding to client experience.
• Staying on top of deliverables and deadlines.
• Collaborating with the operations, onboarding and tech team to deliver on tasks and projects.
• Brainstorming on improvement of processes and the overall onboarding experience. Being proactive in learning skills you don’t have, so that you can grow your abilities within the role.

Requirements

• Fluent in English & Italian
• Fluency in Spanish would be a huge plus

Compensation:

Our Interview Process:

Step 1 – Phone Interview with the Head of Operations, to get to know you.

Step 2 – Google Hangouts Interview to discuss the role in depth and take part in an evaluation.

Step 3 – Final video interview
