Macdonald Hotels Limited Hiring for Assistant Financial Controller Job at Ascot, England Full Time

To collaborate with key member of the Hotel’s senior management team reporting directly to the General Manager; oversee all financial reporting including the hotels P&L account, support in managing the hotel payroll & the control of all financial processes within the operation.

The role will include:

* Daily reconciliations from each department from tills all the way to bank statements including all payment types; cards & PDQ machines

* Assists with preparations for audits.

* Work to reconcile accounting inaccuracies or imbalances.

* Liaising with Head office finance teams to produce month end accounts.

* Responding to all correspondence & emails for accounts

* Food flashes TNA (costing for kitchen/chef)

* Review daily sales figures for HOD’s and present daily

* Take full responsibility of compiling all invoices for the estate & submit to the group

* Understanding the sales/reception systems Opera

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
