Mable started in 2014 as the cofounders experienced the struggle to find the right home and support solutions for their family members. A few years later and with the work of an incredible team, Mable is proud to offer Australia’s largest and most diverse online community of independent support workers.
But you might think, what does Mable actually do? It’s quite simple, Mable is an easy online platform that enables people with disability and older Australians to connect locally with small business and sole trader providers of care and support services..
Having recently been recognised in Deloitte’s Fast 50 2020 Awards (#9 – 721% Growth) and winning the Australian Growth & Australian Technology Growth Company of the Year Award 2020, this is an awesome opportunity to join a thriving scale up whose profit for purpose mission is transforming the aged care and disability support sectors, providing meaningful impact to people’s lives across Australia.
With over 3 million hours of support being facilitated through its platform annually, Mable has been growing at a very fast pace and is now over 110+ employees strong.
Mission: We’re redefining support for disability and aged care in Australia by helping people who are ageing or living with disability to connect with independent support people in their community.
