Sign-on Bonus Up to $3,000!

• Up to 75% ($2,250) paid out within first 90 days
• Up to 25% ($750) paid out upon the completion of 180 days
• Bonuses for part-time positions are prorated

Plus Retention Pay: Up to $400 every two weeks through June 30, 2022. Extension of retention pay is dependent upon continued funding.

Requirements:

• Massachusetts Special Needs Teaching License is desired
• Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Severe Special Needs License is desired
