Director of Accounting Management

The Director of Accounting Management will plan and direct all Accounting activities for two dynamic, medium scale manufacturing facilities.

Duties Include:

• Manage and execute all accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal government requirements
• Close out and report requested and required financial reporting documents to company President on a monthly basis while ensuring that all accounts are reconciled
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents and records.
• Update and maintain accounting journals, ledgers, and other records detailing financial business transactions (e.g., disbursements, expense vouchers, receipts, accounts payable).
• Compile data and prepare a variety of reports based on what helps leadership team members to better understand the business
• Reconcile records with internal company employees and management, or external vendors and customers.
• Recommends actions to resolve discrepancies.
• Investigates questionable data.
• Work closely with company leadership team
• Works with an expert level of professional confidentiality and demeanor at all times

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• Three to five years related experience in manufacturing.
• Ability to manage difficult milestones involving several variables using standardized situations.
• Knowledge of an ERP (Epicor) a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Must be able to manage time and be self-directed

Salary is negotiable and commiserate with experience as well as all other applicant KSAOCs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year

Education:

• Bachelor’s (Preferred)

Experience:

• GAAP: 2 years (Required)
• Accountants: 5 years (Required)
• Manufacturing Accounting: 3 years (Preferred)
