The Role

MSM is seeking a highly motivated Content Writer to work remotely (work from home) in the

Philippines. The Content Writer will play a pivotal role in growing MSM’s thriving portfolio of businesses. You will Make useful and inspiring content that will drive results for us and for our clients, including content for websites, blogs, infographics, emails, video scripts, print collateral, business proposals, and more. Together we’ll make international education accessible to all.

What You’ll Do:
• Make and post timely, client-centric content for the MSM Group websites and online properties to support the brand’s marketing goals

• Work with the Communications Manager and editors to plan, implement, and comply with content schedules and assignments, particularly time-sensitive ones

• Conduct interviews, research projects, content audit, and data analysis to produce topnotch work

• Help manage and produce effective content for social media platforms

• Make letters and correspondences, and help execute internal communications strategy

• Perform ad hoc research to produce new online and print materials

• Comply with and help enhance branding initiatives

• Harness industry and organizational knowledge to develop new projects and demonstrate MSM’s industry leadership

Who We’re Looking For:
• A degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or relevant field

• 6+ years as a professional content writer, copywriter, editor, or communications specialist

• A portfolio of published works – with a strong emphasis on business writing and marketing – will be required to be considered for this position

• Knowledge of SEO copywriting techniques

• Satisfactory fluency with social media platforms

• Demonstrated understanding of marketing and brand strategy

• Demonstrated understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing as well as lead generation and buyer journey

• A solid research, content marketing management, or data analysis background is an advantage

• Ability and willingness to work on projects and with teams across different time zones
