As a Talent Acquisition Professional you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. The key impact you will make in this role:
- Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers for the end-to-end recruitment process, providing expert advice on recruiting best practice and strategies to source and recruit the best talent on the respective market.
- Facilitate job briefing and debriefing meetings with Hiring Managers to assure understanding of the role and key considerations for advertising, sourcing and selection.
- Source candidates, effectively utilizing internal and external advertising on career sites and all the relevant tools and sources including but not limited to social media platforms, job boards, networking, employee referral
- Proactive talent pipelining building and candidate sourcing
- Build on current strategies to attract diverse talent
- Drive candidate engagement and an outstanding recruitment experience to candidates throughout the recruiting journey
- Support all aspects of regulatory compliance and data integrity through the recruitment process
- Participate in local, regional or global Talent Acquisition projects
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

- Proven recruitment experience, preferably in a large multinational organization.
- Applicant tracking systems experience – Workday would be advantageous
- Knowledge of recruitment trends and best practices.
- Experience sourcing using multiple avenues, including those that focus on underrepresented groups, to create candidate pipelines in a timely and cost-effective manner resulting in successful hires
- Excellent attention to detail, multi-tasking and organization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships at all levels
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Degree level education desired
- Understanding of social media
- Ability to work in remote environment with multiple business stakeholders
- Ability to identify areas to improve, propose data driven solutions and effectively drive change
Role Location: Bracknell, Berkshire with hybrid working option.
Salary – high-reaching dependent on skills and experience plus excellent benefits package.
