Due to the success and expansion of the M Group Services Telecom Division we have an opportunity for two Talent Acquisition Partners to join our Talent Acquisition team. Reporting into the Talent Acquisition Manager, and working alongside established recruitment professionals, you would work closely with hiring managers and colleagues across the four divisional companies to provide resourcing expertise within identified job families.
Working flexibly, with a local base office, you will resource high quality candidates in the Telecoms industry to support our growing operations nationally.
The Telecom Division provide a full end-to-end service offering to fixed, private and mobile operators covering all aspects of a network lifecycle, focused on the design, build and maintenance of telecom infrastructure for key clients and is made up of four companies: Morrison Telecom Services, Magdalene, Avonline Networks and Waldon Telecom.
What will you be doing?
As our TA Partner, you are a critical part of the Resourcing team, and will work closely with our Human Resources colleagues, the wider business, and the external marketplace to make sure that we have the right people, with the right skills, in the right locations to deliver our People Strategy.
As our TA Partner you will be expected to forge strong working relationships with Departmental Managers and Heads of Department ensuring a best in class, seamless service.
The role involves managing the day-to-day recruitment activity of our vacancies and building a pipeline of future talent within a specific job group for all four companies, leading to an interesting and varied career. Your focus will be on active search, identifying and contacting candidates supported by a shared Talent Acquisition Advisor.
To be successful
As we work with a direct sourcing model, we expect the successful candidate to be experienced with market mapping, building candidate pools and talent pipelining.
You will ideally come from an in-house recruitment role where you have solid knowledge of internal processes and procedures – however we will also consider candidates that come from an agency background that have partnered with internal teams gaining internal exposure.
You’re a self-starter with great project management skills, able to identify and prioritise work streams. We are looking for a problem-solver with an eagle eye for detail. You’ll consistently achieve a high standard across everything you do to provide support to the business’ resourcing needs.
You’ll partner closely with key stakeholders in the business to influence, coach and facilitate a best in class process which always aligns to our values.
