Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full Time; Permanent
Day shift: Monday to Friday
Location: Burlington, ON
Start Date: March 28, 2022

The Customer Service Representative acts as the point of contact with customers and coordinates with internal teams to nurture the customer from order to delivery. This is a value-added position that requires a keen understanding of Customer needs, the manufacturing process, as well as the ability to effectively manage multiple projects daily.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Account management
• Develop excellent working relationships with our customers
• Order taking /order entry
• Quoting/ Estimating of new and/or existing products
• Track progress of orders as they move through the production process
• Work with the production and shipping departments to ensure all orders are completed on time and routed appropriately
• Communicate shipping and delivery times to customers
• Manage Backorders and Blanket Orders
• Resolve customer complaints
• Proactively reach out to our customers to drive business

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in an office environment for a manufacturing company.
• Must be detail oriented and quality focused
• Able to communicate effectively with customers and internal team members
• Ability to anticipate customers’ needs and act accordingly
• Experience working with ERP systems.
• Business administration diploma or equivalent

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $48,000.00-$52,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

• Burlington, ON L7L 5R6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (required)
