We are looking for a competent Accounting Clerk to provide accounting and bookkeeping support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a team to support the Accounting Department on a variety of tasks.

Responsibilities

• Process Accounts Payable
• Process Accounts Receivable
• Assist with Various Payroll Duties
• Budget Tracking and Change Order Management

Skills

• Proven bookkeeping expereiece
• Experience with processing payroll
• Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Willingness to learn new software programs
• Proficiency in English
• Exemplary planning, organization, and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• High level verbal and written communications skills
• Discretion and confidentiality
• High School degree; additional qualification as executive assistant would be considered an advantage

Ability to Work Remotely or Hybrid In-Office after onboarding.

Experience with Sage a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
