We are looking for a Director of Talent Acquisition to design and implement all aspects of recruiting strategies and the overall end-to-end recruiting process for our company. To support our growth and transformation, we’re looking for an entrepreneurial, forward-thinking, and data-driven player coach. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, the Director, Talent Acquisition will lead both our technical and non-technical recruiting functions from a strategy, people, process, and tools perspective.
They will have a passion for operational effectiveness, continuous improvement, and simplification. This leader will play a critical role in defining, improving and scaling our recruiting systems, processes, tools and best practices as well as ensuring a clear, consistent and authentic employer brand that resonates with our team and candidates. They will initially lead a small team dedicated to optimizing and evolving our recruiting efforts.
