Role Requires: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in instructional design, education, human resources, business, and or a related field. 2-3 years minimum experience in corporate training, managing and facilitating learning experiences for leadership/people development across instructor-led, virtual, and eLearning modalities. Experience communicating effectively (e.g., speaking, writing, and presentation/ “platform skills”) across a multitude of in-person and virtual environments with stakeholders at multiple levels within the organization. Fluency in Spanish is a plus.

• This is not a remote position and will require being in office 40 hours a week. The ability to travel 2-3 weeks per quarter will be required. In addition, there may be extra travel requirements early in your tenure.

The ideal candidate has experience with adult learning theories and training development to support learning solutions for a wide array of leadership development. The ideal candidate will deliver and maintain novel and scalable experiences. The ideal candidate will build trust with stakeholders by cultivating and growing relationships across our Alliance Door Product locations and having experience as a leader of people. The ideal candidate will be someone who has built training and development programs in a corporate setting and excel at earning trust when working cross-functionally with the current Employee Development team, and possess great written and oral communication skills, demonstrate high standards, and deliver with the customer in mind. The ideal candidate is flexible, and open to suggestions as well direction.

Lynden Door Family of Companies is looking for a candidate with experience facilitating workshops and multi-day cohort-based learning programs (in-person and virtual) for audiences ranging from new/early career leaders through senior leaders. Has experience managing a suite of learning offerings for a geographically dispersed organization to include but not limited to communications and enrollment management activities and has experience supporting the development of leadership learning programs internally from the ground-up.
