REQUIREMENTS FOR A MANUFACTURER
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a door shop is preferred, but not a requirement
Knowledge of door components and assembly techniques is preferred, but not an asset
Carpentry and woodworking experience is preferred, but not an asset
Able to read basic shop drawings
Mathematical aptitude and understanding of imperial measurements to the 1/32 of an inch
Physically ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to stand and/or be on your feet for an entire scheduled shift
Be comfortable with and safely use the equipment
Willing to be cross trained in all areas of production
Willing to take direction
Willingness to pursue additional training to enhance job skills
Exceptional (internal/external) customer service
