Objectives

1. Produce monthly s analyzing Group commercial activity in North America (US and Canada) for top management of the Group and for the heads of the Maisons or subsidiaries in the region

2. Employ technology to improve efficiency of ing and analysis

3. Own regional market intelligence including retail performance, macroeconomic and competitive analyses

4. Provide Maison leadership teams with data-driven insights to advise decisions around retail strategy

5. Develop FP&A ing team and external vendor partnerships

Essential Duties

Consolidation & ing

• Coordinate production of monthly ing and analysis for top management of the Group
• Ensure consistency of regional data across various Group databases and regional s
• Analyze sales data by city, region, channel, etc. and analyze variances versus prior periods, budgets, and forecasts. Liaise with the Maisons to gather information about key drivers of sales performance.
• Maintain ing standards ensuring data mapping, training manuals and QA processes are clearly documented and up to date
• Serve as the business partner for the IT Team in Paris on a monthly production or new ing improvements/development
• Recommend new s or technology as appropriate – coordinate design requests and collaborating on creative solutions for data consolidation
• Socialize automation progress with Global HQ teams and regional FP&A organizations to present standard methodologies

Market Performance & Analysis

• Analyze sales data across channels (retail stores, wholesale, e-commerce) in order understand key trends to identify business growth and optimization opportunities
• Present Group performance and relevant market intelligence to finance leadership on a quarterly basis
• Lead monthly wholesale committee calls and support analysis for retail coordination meetings, offering a Group perspective on channel strategy throughout North America
• Lead sales distribution mapping system refresh 2x a year. Consolidate Group findings and present any relevant updates to President community annually
• Define and measure efficiency important metrics across all Retail doors and sites, conducting deep dives and reviewing performance insights with leadership when vital
• Ensure data sharing is efficient and reaches all appropriate teams/levels
• Respond to ad-hoc requests from partners across the Group

Team & Vendor Management

• Ensure appropriate and engaging workload for direct (s)
• Identify training/development opportunities for team as well as immersing them within LVMH culture
• Lead expectations and communication with external vendor partners as it relates to FP&A ing
• Propose ways to improve external partnerships within the Group
• Animate the regional FP&A community to strengthen relationships between and with Maison teams, including the organization of the Annual Finance Conference (100+ attendees)

Principal Skills & Attributes

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business, MBA preferred
• Minimum 7 years of FP&A experience required
• Ability to function in a diverse environment
