About the Role…
We are currently seeking an experienced, service-focused Recruitment and Onboarding Officer to assist our People and Culture Department .
Reporting to the Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with the recruitment and onboarding process for new team members into the business
About You…
You will have a friendly and enthusiastic attitude, with the ability to have positive involvement and interaction with all management team and employees.
To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes:
- Possess full Australian working rights
- Have a proven track record of recruitment support of at least 2 years in a similar role
- Express recruitment Platform or similar – (preferred)
- Flare platform or similar – (Preferred)
- Humanforce (Time Target) – (Preferred)
- Microsoft Office, Excel and word
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Possess strong organisation and time management skills
- Be a team player with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team setting
- Demonstrate honesty and reliability
- Take pride in your work
- Be respectful and take accountability for yourself and your work
