Responsibilities

• Prospect new clients and establish relationships with potential homebuyers.
• Negotiate, write and execute contracts with buyers and sellers.
• Monitor market conditions and maintain current knowledge of changes and trends in the industry.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote and sell properties.
• Follow up with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Thrives on providing excellent customer service
• Knowledge of North American Time Zones
• A valid Real Estate License
• At least 2 years of experience within the Real Estate Industry
