We are looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Team Leader to join Luxury Life Homes in our Remote office. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully leading a real estate team while providing our clients with personalized service and attention.

As a Team Leader, you will be expected to develop, mentor, and drive members of your team to their highest potential, while providing our customers with outstanding real estate services.

Responsibilities

• Manage and lead a team of Real Estate agents to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Develop and implement strategies for expanding the company’s market reach and client base.
• Analyze market trends and develop ways to capitalize on them for maximum benefit.
• Analyze customer and client feedback to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies to address them.
• Work with the marketing department to create and distribute marketing materials.

Qualifications

• Real Estate License
• At least 5+ years of experience in the real estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects
• Proven record of success in selling luxury homes in North America time zone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $170,000.00 per year
