Luxury Life Homes Hiring for Real Estate Managing Broker at Remote Full Time

This is not a salary position but a high commission-based recruiting position and possible to make 6 figures monthly or 7 figures yearly.

Luxury Life Homes is looking for a Managing Broker to join our team remotely. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Real Estate professional to help drive our success in the luxury market. As Managing Broker, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Luxury Life Home’s real estate brokerage. You will also be responsible for providing training and support to our Agents in order to ensure compliance with applicable state and federal laws as well as company policies. Responsibilities

• Actively nurture, manage and expand client base by providing exceptional customer service and marketing Luxury Life Homes’ services and products.
• Analyze and evaluate marketing data and trends to develop strategies for generating and capturing qualified leads.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all legal and contractual requirements for real estate transactions.
• Oversee and manage the listing process from start to finish, including the negotiation and successful closing of each transaction.
• Analyze and make recommendations for improving business processes related to real estate services and operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of real estate management experience
• A valid broker real estate license in the applicable state
• Strong understanding of the real estate industry
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work within the North American time zone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $199,000.00 per year
